Highly Skilled and Experienced Year Round Waterfront Property Manager needed in Southampton, NY
Annual salary: 150 -180K depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits, 401K, PTO etc.
Schedule: Monday to Friday during off season, 5-6 days during the Summer including weekends
Formal and fully staffed waterfront property in Southampton is in search of a highly skilled, take charge, efficient, capable and highly efficient Property Manager. Household with very active and busy children and pets. Family entertains quite a bit and holds big events at the property especially in the Summer.
Duties overview:
Waterfront property management. Family, staff, vendors and contractors calendar management. Overseeing between 10-16 staff with interior and exterior activities, and needs of the family and guests. Managing vendors and contractors. Staff coordination and delegation. Event and party coordination and guest relations. Front of the house representative.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ long term experience working in a waterfront property
Experience in hospitality and event coordination
Experience with yachts, boats, jet skis, kayaks and other water vessels used for entertainment
Stellar recommendation and verifiable references
Smart, polished, enthusiastic and positive disposition
Tech and computer savvy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Take charge and resourceful
