Compensation: $40 - 60 per hour plus full benefits, 401K, depending on experience.
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days including weekends, minimum of 40 hours a week.

A fully staffed, high-end home is seeking a top-notch Executive Housekeeper with extensive experience in high-profile NYC residences. Need someone who has strong management skills to oversee a team of housekeepers. Ability to work collaboratively with the chef and provide light cooking support. Willingness to provide occasional babysitting support. to school age children. Commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and care for the home.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 3 full-time housekeepers and 2 part-time housekeepers (during summer).
Collaborate with the chef, including light cooking on Sundays when the chef is off.
Provide occasional babysitting support as needed.
Perform all usual household responsibilities, including:
Caring for a large home using organic products.
Taking care of fine linens and clothing.
Conducting deep cleaning as needed.
Maintain constant communication with the team to ensure smooth operations, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of long-term, extensive experience in UHNW/High-profile NYC residences.
Excellent long-term work history and verifiable references
Must be local to NYC and eligible to work in the US
Team player, with the ability to lead but comfortable taking directions and instructions
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
