Executive Housekeeper needed in Manhattan, NY

Compensation: $35 per hour, with OT plus full benefits, 401K

Schedule: Live-out, Five Days, minimum of 40 hours a week working in 3-4 luxury apartments in Manhattan. Flexibility in schedule in a must.


New York based private family seeks a hard-working, responsible, and trustworthy Executive Housekeeper to work with an UHNW family. The successful candidate will have, among other characteristics, immaculate greeting skills, excellent cleanliness standards, organizational skills, and the ability to work with others. Attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills are important as are flexibility, honesty, reliability.


Responsibilities: • Responsible for the daily cleaning and maintaining the general appearance of the residence in all rooms, including laundry and staff quarter (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, polishing and sanitizing) • Organize and manage of household inventory • Care of antiques, fine arts, paintings, lamps, picture frames and decorative items • Care of fine garments, dry-cleaning, laundry, hand washing, stain removal, ironing, and sewing as needed • Clean, organize and tidy closets and credenzas • Make master bedroom bed and replace sheets according to the schedule • Assist with Food preparation for principals as needed (Shabbat Dinners, Light meals, coffee, snacks…) • Set up dinner table and provide service as requested by the principals • Greet visitors, guests and contractors • Pack and unpack family luggage prior their trips and upon their return • Receive mail and deliveries • Running Errands as needed
