Compensation: $52-65K plus benefits (2 weeks' paid vacation, 5 sick days, Major Holidays off with pay, and gas mileage cost)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 ½ hours a day, plus occasional extra hours
A family in Short Hills, NJ is in search of a capable, efficient and highly energetic Housekeeper/House Manager to help a stay-at-home mom in running and maintaining their large home. Household is consisted of parents and 3 children, aging from toddler to teens.
Duties include, management of the home and making sure everything is in order, overseeing vendors and contractors if needed, keeping track of inventory and purchasing of supplies, organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the home, laundry for the family, assisting in the kitchen and light meal preparation, assisting with the children, running errands and occasionally picking up the kids from school and activities. The family employs a housekeeper that does the deep cleaning every week.
Requirements: • Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and setting • Must have long term, stellar and verifiable references • Must speak fluent English and a good communicator, both verbal and written • Must be a team player, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the family, able to follow instructions yet can take charge, as needed • Knowledgeable of cleaning products and their application/use on fine quality furniture and various surfaces. • Must be experienced in driving children and have clean driving record • Must be fully COVID vaccinated
