Compensation: $30-35 per hour, 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days, Major Holidays off with pay, discretionary year-end bonus, and discretionary annual raise
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am -6:00 pm, occasional overnight, live-in in the Summer Cape Cod, separate bed and bath, plus occasional domestic travel.
A lovely family with an infant is in search of a loving, warm and experienced long-term nanny to assist a work from home mom in taking care of their child. Ideal nanny is someone who has long-term experience caring for a child from infancy to school age, genuinely loves children, developmentally savvy, safety conscious, neat and organized and dog friendly. Family has a small dog.
Duties are primarily all child related and can follow parents’ instructions and standard of care for the child such as feeding and nap schedule, preparing baby food from scratch (puree), cleaning and sanitizing child’s belongings and areas, setting up playdates, age-appropriate fun, educational and engaging indoor and outdoor activities for the child.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 5+ years of experience caring for children aging from infancy
- Verifiable and stellar recommendations
- Local to MA and familiar to the area
- Drives with clean record
- Experienced and comfortable working with work from home parent
- Flexible with schedule, can sleep over and travel
- Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
- Comfortable going through an extensive background check
