Compensation: $35-40 per hour before taxes.
Schedule: Four days, Live-out, 9am to 4pm. Monday & Fridays a must plus two other weekdays.
Family with three young adult children is in search of a highly energetic capable, and easy-going Housekeeper to join their staff in providing all around service caring for their high-end, six-story townhouse with no elevator. Ideal candidate is someone who can follow directions and instructions to a T, unobtrusive, and gets along with everyone.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the cleaning and maintaining the general appearance of the residence.
• Organize and manage of household inventory, care of antiques, fine arts, and decorative items
• Clean, organize and tidy closets and cabinets
• Running Errands as needed
Requirements:
• Must have at least 5 years of long-term experience working in formal high-end homes
• Verifiable employment and excellent references
• Team player, and comfortable taking directions and instructions
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, and email and text savvy
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
