Compensation: $45 per hour, plus full medical benefits, MetroCard, paid time off, 401K
Schedule:
Live-in Friday to Sunday/Monday, 3-4 days including occasional holidays, plus travel domestic and international.
A formal and fully staffed structured home is in search of career nanny to work hand-in-hand with very hands-on and involved parents and other nannies in caring for their 3 children. Ideal nanny is kind, loving, nurturing, engaging, safety conscious and genuinely loves children. A team player, easy going, great communicator, gets along and values everyone in the home, and respects boundaries and privacy of the family. They are looking for someone who will grow with the family and can evolve with the needs of the family for the long-term.
Duties: General childcare responsibilities shared by the nannies, playing, interacting and engaging them, taking them to activities and pick up school, all children related responsibilities– washing and ironing kids’ clothes, cleaning and organizing their areas, plus some light household chores (make beds and clean up after meals).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience with UHNW families caring for multiple children
- Must have experience working with other nannies in a formal fully staffed home
- Must have stellar and verifiable references
- Must be flexible with schedule and travel domestic and internationally
- Must know how to swim
- Must know to ride a bicycle
- Must be highly organized, neat, flexible, positive personality and down to earth.
- Must be Pet friendly (getting dogs in the future)
- Must be local to NYC
- Must be legal to work in the US
