A high-profile family is seeking a professional, experienced, and flexible Rota Nanny/Governess to care for and support the educational development of their two small children. The ideal candidate is highly educated, with early childhood development background, nurturing, organized, and capable of adapting to the dynamic needs of the family.
Schedule: 20 days on, followed by 20 days off.
Compensation: 150-160K annual salary, plus full benefits.
Travel Requirements: Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally with the family .
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, attentive care to children in a nurturing and structured environment.
Create and implement engaging educational activities tailored to each child’s needs and developmental stage.
Assist with homework and school projects, ensuring academic success.
Promote good manners, etiquette, and life skills.
Organize age-appropriate activities, outings, and playdates.
Handle children’s schedules, including school drop-offs/pick-ups, extracurricular activities, and appointments.
Oversee packing and organization of children’s belongings for travel.
Maintain clear communication with parents to ensure continuity of care.
Work closely with household staff to ensure a smooth and organized environment for the children.
Collaborate with other nanny as part of a cohesive childcare team.
Key Qualifications and Attributes:
Have at least 10 years of experience as a nanny with newborn and toddlers.
Excellent references from prior families.
Advanced understanding of child development and educational strategies.
Highly organized, energetic, and proactive.
Discreet, professional, and able to maintain family confidentiality.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and travel demands.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Relevant childcare certifications are an advantage.
Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certification.
Up-to-date with all vaccinations and immunizations
Willing to undergo an extensive background check
